Job Title: Telecalling Executive Industry: Loan Services / Financial Solutions Location: Akshar Chowk, Old Padra Road, Vadodara Gujarat Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time Salary: Fixed monthly salary + attractive incentives About the Role We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role requires contacting potential customers over the phone, promoting and explaining loan products, generating quality leads, and ensuring timely follow-ups. You will play a key part in driving loan sales and building customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain loan products such as Personal Loans and Business Loans. Identify customer needs, provide product information, and guide them through eligibility and documentation requirements. Generate leads and maintain an accurate database of prospects and follow-ups in Excel/CRM. Follow up with customers on applications, documents, and approvals. Coordinate with internal and external teams and partner banks/NBFCs to ensure smooth processing of applications. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and sales targets. Handle customer queries and objections in a professional manner. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Qualifications & Skills Required Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred). Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven. Prior experience in telecalling/loan sales/financial services is an advantage. Key Competencies Strong customer handling skills.
