Job Description

Job Purpose

The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for

full-time outbound calling

to customers for

indirect sales support

. The role focuses on

customer interaction, need identification, and lead qualification

, with

no direct sales targets

.

Key Responsibilities

Make a

minimum of 100 outbound calls per day

to existing and potential customers.
Communicate product information and understand customer requirements.
Identify and

assess sales potential

(lead / non-lead) based on customer interaction.
Classify calls as

connected, non-connected, and potential leads

.
Share qualified leads with the sales team for further follow-up.
Maintain

daily call records

and update call status accurately.
Prepare and submit

daily and weekly call reports

in Excel, including:
Total calls dialed
Calls connected
Leads generated
Coordinate with the sales/back-office team for feedback and updates.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain

simple Excel reports

for daily calling activity.
Use

basic Excel functions and Pivot Tables

for call analysis and summaries.
Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to identify customer interest and sales possibilities.
Experience in

telecalling / customer calling roles

.
Good working knowledge of

MS Excel

, including:
Basic formulas
Pivot tables
Data formatting
Discipline to follow calling schedules and reporting timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

2-3 years of experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales support.
Comfortable with

high-volume calling

on a daily basis.
Patient, polite, and customer-focused approach.
Basic understanding of indirect sales processes is an advantage.

Performance Expectations

Minimum

100 calls per day

Consistent and accurate reporting.
Quality lead identification rather than sales closure
