Field Agent

Position: Field Agent Industry: Financial Services Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time Location: On-field (Vadodara and surrounding areas)   Salary: Fixed monthly salary + Commission/Incentives Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Agents to support our direct selling loan business by generating quality leads for personal, business, and other unsecured loans. You will play a key role in identifying and engaging potential customers in your assigned area, collecting their interest and basic details, and forwarding qualified leads to the sales or processing teams. This role is purely lead generation-focused – no loan processing or closures required. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Visit assigned areas (residential, commercial, or industrial) to identify potential customers in need of loans. Approach small business owners, salaried individuals, self-employed professionals, shopkeepers, and others. Explain loan offerings in a simple and convincing manner to create interest. Data Collection Gather basic information (name, contact details, income source, loan requirement) from interested individuals. Ensure accurate and complete lead forms are submitted daily. Maintain a lead tracker and share updates with the supervisor regularly. Brand Representation Represent the company professionally and ethically in the field. Distribute flyers, brochures, and other promotional material to build awareness. Coordination Coordinate with back-office teams to ensure leads are valid and actionable. Schedule follow-ups for back-office teams with qualified leads. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Minimum 12th pass. Graduates preferred but not mandatory. Experience: 0–2 years in field marketing, direct sales, or loan sales preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. Language: Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is a plus. Others: Candidates should be comfortable with door-to-door interaction and fieldwork Key Skills Required: Strong communication and persuasion skills Basic understanding of loans and financial products (training will be provided) Self-driven, target-oriented, and trustworthy Ability to work independently and meet daily targets Good local area knowledge (markets, residential zones, etc.) Basic smartphone usage and WhatsApp familiarity Salary Benefits & Compensation: Fixed salary Attractive commission/incentives on qualified and converted leads Travel allowance (if applicable) Performance bonuses (if applicable) Training provided Opportunity of career growth Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Flexible shift options may be available
