As a proactive and customer-focused Demo Field Agent at Frido, your role involves representing the brand at customer locations, retail stores, and events. Your primary responsibility will be delivering, demonstrating, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our innovative comfort products. Key Responsibilities: - Visit customer locations, retail stores, and events to deliver and demonstrate Frido products. - Install or set up products (such as chairs, mobility aids, etc.) and guide customers on proper usage. - Provide basic servicing, adjustments, or minor repairs for products already delivered. - Explain product features, pricing, and collect customer feedback or leads. - Ensure safe and timely delivery of products to customers or dealers. - Maintain daily reports for deliveries, demos, service visits, and customer interactions. - Coordinate with logistics and service teams for stock, spare parts, and scheduling. Qualifications Required: - Graduate with good communication skills. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city or region. - Basic mechanical or technical understanding for servicing and product setup. - Prior experience in field demos, delivery, customer service, or maintenance preferred. - Customer-friendly, responsible, and well-presented.
