This role is ideal for recent graduates and professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about client acquisition, global market engagement, and business development. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients. Communicate service details and respond to client queries professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Generate leads and acquire new international clients. Analyze client feedback to enhance service quality. Recommend upgrades or solutions tailored to client needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BBA, B.Com, MBA, or related field. Strong verbal and written communication in English. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Proficient in basic computer operations and CRM tools.
