Key Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment cycle up to the interview stage.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Schedule and manage interviews across levels.
Maintain recruitment trackers and share updates with stakeholders.
Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Handle employee queries and assist in grievance redressal.
Act as a point of contact between employees and management to maintain a positive work environment.
Provide support in day-to-day HR operations

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
0–1 years of experience in recruitment.
Strong sourcing and shortlisting skills with knowledge of recruitment platforms.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Approachable, proactive, and people-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
