About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for various non-technical roles across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle – from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets set by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment (Non-IT hiring preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are highly encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
