Job Description

  •             Practical experience in Workday functional implementation projects (minimum 3 years of project work experience with direct client interaction);
  •             Must have active Workday Certification in Advance Reporting and Prism
  •             Proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines, transformations, and reports within the Workday Prism Analytics platform to integrate and analyze data from both Workday and external sources.
  •             Proficient in Workday HCM report writing (Advanced Workday Report Writer, Worksheet and Calculated Field);
  •             Good hands-on experience in Workday custom report (Simple, Advanced, Composite, Matrix, nbox, Search, Trending and Transposed);
  •             Experience in gathering business requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, and implementing reporting requirements under multiple deadlines.
  •             Demonstrated ability to design and develop Workday reporting and dashboard, Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT);
  •             Strong consulting and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
  •             Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growing, ecosystem with minimal supervision.
  •             Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs.
  •             Workday Certifications: Integration Core
