Tender Manager

As a Tender Manager at Tech Rajendra, a CMMI Level 3 certified company based in Delhi, you will be responsible for overseeing the process of responding to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), and invitations to tender (ITTs) issued by potential clients or customers. Your role involves leading the development of high-quality, winning proposals in response to tender invitations by coordinating with various internal departments such as sales, marketing, finance, legal, and technical teams to gather the necessary information and ensure that the proposal meets the client's requirements. Your key responsibilities include analyzing tender documents to understand the client's needs, objectives, and evaluation criteria, developing a bid strategy that aligns with the organization's goals, and maximizing the chances of winning the tender. You will be coordinating the proposal development process from start to finish, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that the proposal is submitted on time and in compliance with the tender requirements. In addition, you will review and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with the tender specifications.
