Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information or resolve inquiries. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients. Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call targets. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Follow all company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software (if applicable).
