About Us:

MNIL is a dynamic and innovative company listed on the stock exchange. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information or resolve inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software (if applicable).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred but not required.
