Stay up-to-date with the latest information on university programs, new admissions policies, procedures, deadlines, and scholarships. 5. Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with students through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to ensure smooth progression through the application process. 6. Assist in documentation, application submissions, and interview preparation, ensuring students meet all criteria and deadlines. 7. Outbound Calls: Making outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce services, generate interest, and build rapport. 8. Inbound Calls: Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, and providing support. 9. Customer Engagement: Building rapport, understanding customer needs, and suggesting appropriate solutions. 10. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying leads for sales follow-up. 11. Data Management: Accurately recording call details, customer feedback, and follow-up requirements. 12. Sales and Goal Achievement: Meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales targets or engagement goals. 13.
