About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Interact with students, parents, and professionals in person to provide guidance and support for overseas university admissions. 2. Assess student goals, academic background, and career objectives using internal tools to suggest suitable programs and universities. 3. Understand individual requirements and expectations to recommend appropriate courses, institutions, and countries. 4. Stay up-to-date with the latest information on university programs, new admissions policies, procedures, deadlines, and scholarships. 5. Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with students through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to ensure smooth progression through the application process. 6. Assist in documentation, application submissions, and interview preparation, ensuring students meet all criteria and deadlines. 7. Outbound Calls: Making outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce services, generate interest, and build rapport. 8. Inbound Calls: Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, and providing support. 9. Customer Engagement: Building rapport, understanding customer needs, and suggesting appropriate solutions. 10. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying leads for sales follow-up. 11. Data Management: Accurately recording call details, customer feedback, and follow-up requirements. 12. Sales and Goal Achievement: Meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales targets or engagement goals. 13. Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products/services and industry trends. 14. Compliance: Adhering to telecalling scripts and company policies. 15. Collaboration: Working with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaigns.
