Job Summary

Business Development Manager



Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for

    ERP / SaaS / IT products

  • Manage the

    end-to-end sales cycle

    from lead generation to closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    enterprise & mid-market clients

  • Conduct product demos and presentations for prospective clients
  • Understand customer business needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, negotiations, and contract closures
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Coordinate with

    pre-sales, product, and implementation teams

  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports
  • Track market trends, competitors, and industry developments



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in

    ERP / SaaS / IT Product sales

  • Strong understanding of

    B2B sales, consultative selling, and solution selling

  • Experience selling products like

    ERP, CRM, HRMS, Accounting, or Cloud-based solutions

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and enterprise accounts
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Target-driven with a strong closure mindset



Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
  • Experience working with

    startups or fast-growing organizations

  • Exposure to domestic and/or international markets

  • Revenue generation and target achievement
  • New client acquisition
  • Conversion rate from leads to closures
  • Client retention and repeat business
