Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager (Google Ads Specialist) Location: Indore Onsite Experience Required: 2–5 years in Digital Marketing with strong expertise in Google Ads We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max) to lead and optimize our paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, ensuring ROI-driven performance, and integrating paid strategies with our broader digital marketing objectives. Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, Video, etc.)Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and performance metrics to achieve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversionsConduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performanceMonitor and report on campaign results using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other analytics toolsCollaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to align paid strategies with organic and branding effortsStay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formatsDevelop strategies for remarketing, audience targeting, and conversion funnel optimizationCoordinate with external vendors and agencies if required Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldMinimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaignsGoogle Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferredProficiency in Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Excel/SheetsStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and team collaboration abilities Add On:Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Programmatic platformsKnowledge of e-commerce, lead generation, or B2B marketing funnels
