Operating in the global IT staffing and talent-acquisition sector, this remote-first team focuses on hiring early-to-late-stage technology talent for US-based product and services companies. We deliver high-touch, compliant hiring for software engineering, cloud, data, DevOps and QA roles—working with hiring managers across time zones to scale engineering teams rapidly.Role & Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for US-based IT roles: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination for remote hires.
Proactively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and referral networks to build pipelines for technical positions (backend, frontend, cloud, data, DevOps).
Screen resumes and conduct technical and behavioral phone/video interviews to assess skills, cultural fit and US work-authorization status; present qualified shortlists to hiring managers with clear assessment notes.
Manage candidate experience end-to-end: scheduling across US time zones, timely feedback, offer negotiation, and closing while maintaining high acceptance and retention rates.
Partner with hiring managers and account teams to refine role briefs, set realistic SLAs, and prioritize requisitions—drive continuous improvement in sourcing channels and time-to-fill.
Track recruiting KPIs, maintain accurate ATS records, and produce regular pipeline and performance reports to stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

2+ years of hands-on US technical recruiting experience (full-cycle) from India, with proven success placing software engineering and cloud/data roles.
Expert sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub/StackOverflow/tech communities) and strong candidate-engagement techniques.
Experience with modern ATS/CRM (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday or similar) and disciplined pipeline management.
Excellent communication skills, professional stakeholder management, and ability to work overlapping hours with US time zones.
Solid understanding of US employment eligibility, interview compliance, and remote hiring best practices.

Preferred

Background recruiting for startups or high-growth SaaS/cloud companies and familiarity with technical screens (coding assessments, system-design basics).
Experience with international payroll/PEO processes, visa basics (H1B/GC), or prior client-facing agency experience.
