As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our US Staffing Operations, collaborating with our global team to match top-tier candidates with exciting career prospects in the United States.


Job Title: Sr IT Recruiter

Interview Mode: Telephonic and Face to Face (Sec 63 Noida)

Qualification :


Education - B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSC IT

Experience -1-3 Years

Excellent Communication Skills.



Role Overview:

  • Sourcing Excellence:

    Utilize leading job portals such as Dice, Monster, and Career Builder to identify and engage with top talent.
  • Candidate Assessment:

    Conduct comprehensive evaluations of candidates based on skills, experience, geographical preferences, and visa status.
  • Target Achievement:

    Meet and exceed daily/monthly targets by submitting high-quality candidates for client requirements.
  • Quality Assurance:

    Ensure thorough background checks and commitment assessments before candidate submissions.
  • Client Collaboration:

    Facilitate seamless communication between candidates and clients, coordinating interviews and gathering feedback in real-time.
  • Administrative Support:

    Manage paperwork and documentation for candidate onboarding processes.


Requirements:

  • Fluent Communication:

    Exceptional English communication skills are essential for coordinating with team leads, account managers, and candidates in the US.
  • Night Shift Availability:

    Willingness to work during US shift hours.
  • IT Domain Knowledge:

    Basic understanding of the IT domain is preferred.
  • Tier1 & State Client experience required for experienced candidates.

  • Positive Attitude:

    A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn are key qualities we value.
  • Strong communication skills are essential and non-negotiable.

  • 1-3 years of experience with a stable employment history (no frequent job changes)

  • Open for Onsite 100%, No Hybrid.

  • Experience Candidate must have a Direct Client, W2, Tier 1 background only
