Job Description

Location: BengaluruExperience: 3-5+ years in US IT recruiting, specifically for Infrastructure roles
Time Zone : EST hours Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based Infrastructure requirements, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding
MSP/VMS Compliance: Expertly navigate and comply with client-specific MSP/VMS (Vendor Management System) processes, including portal submissions, rate negotiations, and compliance tracking
Sourcing & Strategy: Utilize a multi-channel approach (job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals) to build a robust pipeline of qualified Infra talent
Infra Role Expertise: Recruit for a wide range of Infrastructure roles, including but not limited to other Generic IT and Finance and Accounting roles for our enterprise clients
Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in US IT recruitment, with a demonstrable focus on Infrastructure positions
Mandatory prior experience working with MSP/VMS systems (eg, Allegis, KellyOCG, PRO Unlimited, Beeline, Fieldglass)
Strong understanding of the US job market, including time zones, compliance requirements, and cultural nuances
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight recruitment deadlines
