Aziro (Formerly known as MSys Technologies) Job Description : Location: Pune/Chennai/Bangalore/Noida Experience: 12-18 years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Sales Technical Project Manager with 12-18 years of experience to lead and drive proposal efforts for Digital Transformation projects . The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a deep understanding of enterprise solutions, and expertise in managing pre-sales activities, including proposal development, solution architecture, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate RFI/RFP , ensuring the development of competitive and tailored responses. Collaborate with sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to define and design Digital Transformation solutions . Develop and validate pricing models , including presumptive scenarios for different service offerings. Identify and mitigate critical risks at the solutioning and transition stages. Define and design change management governance models for seamless transitions. Engage with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Risk & Compliance, IT Infra, Operations, and Finance , to ensure alignment on contractual documents (NDA, MSA, SOW, LOE, etc.). Maintain a repository of pre-sales assets , templates, and case studies for knowledge sharing and efficiency. Required Skills & Experience: 12-18 years of experience in Digital Transformation Projects , with at least 7-10 years in Pre-Sales . Strong expertise in Digital Transformation services, solution design, and pre-sales consulting . Experience in building pricing models, financial projections, and cost-margin analyses . Familiarity with contractual agreements (NDA, MSA, SOW, LOE) and ability to collaborate with legal and compliance teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to foresee solution and transition risks. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills . Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams , ensuring alignment in solutioning. Proficiency in ChatGPT, Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and proposal documentation tools . Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), PMP, TOGAF, ITIL, or Agile methodologies are a plus. Prior experience working with global clients in consulting or IT services firms.
