Role & responsibilities - 1. Work closely with clients to gather and evaluate Bill of Quantities (BOQs), ensuring accurate and competitive proposals 2. Prepare and submit sales offers to potential clients, including detailed project proposals and pricing. 3. Select appropriate HVAC equipment and define heat parameters based on project specifications. 4. Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. 5. Collaborate with our technical team to help them design customized HVAC solutions that meet client requirements. 6. Work closely with clients to gather and evaluate BOQs, ensuring accurate and competitive proposals. 7. Possess comprehensive knowledge of various types of air conditioning systems, including room air conditioners and centralized air conditioning systems. Thoroughly inspect project sites as per the provided drawings and specifications. Ensure site conditions are suitable for HVAC installations. Establish effective communication with manpower contractors and collaborate to ensure project completion on schedule. Determine the required workforce and materials to meet project timelines. Maintain records of material delivery and ensure they are documented on delivery challans. Implement and oversee safety measures, including the provision of safety equipment (belts, helmets, cones, scaffolding). Ensure mandatory safety approvals for both day and night work. Coordinate with the Project Management Consultant (PMC), such as CBRE, for billing, material documentation, and project status updates. Attend daily PMC meetings to discuss project progress and challenges. Collaborate with third-party or PMC representatives to verify the materials used in the project for final bill calculations. Oversee pre-commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications. Inform the PMC when pre-commissioning is completed. Post-commissioning, check for any necessary PMC approvals, as the warranty period starts thereafter. Maintain a strict focus on quality control throughout the project's lifecycle, ensuring compliance with all quality standards. SITC (Supply, Installation, Commissioning):Manage all aspects of supply, installation, and commissioning processes to meet project requirements.
