Project Manager

Project Management & Execution:

Lead end-to-end project management for Industry 4.0, IIoT, MES, and automation solutions.

Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, operations, and vendors.

Ensure projects meet quality, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Technology & Solution Implementation:

Manage the deployment of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, PLC, IoT gateways, and cloud-based analytics.

Drive the integration of IT & OT (Operational Technology) systems.

Oversee data collection, visualization, and predictive analytics for process optimization.

Ensure compatibility with ERP, PLM, and other enterprise systems.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

Act as the single point of contact between internal teams, clients, and solution providers.

Collaborate with automation vendors, software developers, and system integrators.

Engage with C-level executives and plant managers to align solutions with business objectives.

Process Optimization & Digital Transformation:

Identify opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

Implement smart manufacturing strategies using AI, ML, and real-time data analytics.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production and supply chain operations.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Industrial Automation, Industry 4.0, IIoT, and MES to lead digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing and industrial environments. The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation of smart factory solutions, ensuring seamless integration of automation, data analytics, and industrial networking technologies

Qualifications & Skills:

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, IIoT, MES, SCADA, PLC, HMI, DCS, and Edge Computing.

Experience with OPC-UA, MQTT, industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profinet).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI-driven analytics.

Hands-on experience in manufacturing automation, robotics, and digital twin technologies.

Understanding of cybersecurity in industrial automation.

Project Management Skills:

Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.

Certification preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, or Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe).

Strong ability to manage budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
