Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    day-to-day accounting

    operations including data entry and ledger maintenance.
  • Manage

    invoice preparation, verification, and processing

    accurately and on time.
  • Execute and monitor

    banking transactions

    such as payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial documents and ensure proper filing.
  • Work on

    Zoho Books (or Zoho Finance tools)

    for accounting, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Assist in

    monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings

    .
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups and queries.
  • Support the finance team in

    basic compliance and reporting requirements

    .

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience

    in accounting/finance operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho

    (Books/Finance) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in

    basic accounting principles, invoicing, and banking operations

    .
  • Good knowledge of

    MS Excel and spreadsheets

    .
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
