Design and develop high-quality PCBs using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., Altium Designer). Collaborate with engineers to understand circuit requirements and create schematic designs. Perform PCB layout, including component placement, routing, and optimization for signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal management. Select appropriate electronic components and ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications. Generate and maintain detailed design documentation, including schematics, BOMs (Bill of Materials), Gerber files, and assembly drawings. Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams to improve PCB designs. Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure the design is optimized for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCB design, fabrication, and assembly. Stay updated with the latest advancements in PCB design technology and industry trends. Participate in prototype testing and validation to ensure the PCB meets performance and reliability requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a relevant field. Proven experience minimum 1 year in PCB design and layout, preferably in a similar role. Proficiency in PCB design software such as Altium Designer. Strong understanding of electronic components, circuit design, and signal integrity principles. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to PCB design and manufacturing.
