Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Project Manager (Data Center)

Lead end-to-end project management for hyperscale and colocation data center projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
Manage multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless coordination.
Oversee risk management, change control, and compliance with client requirements and international standards.
Monitor project financials, prepare progress reports, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
Implement advanced tools such as BIM 360, Primavera P6, and digital collaboration platforms for efficient project delivery.
Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives (PUE optimization, renewable integration) in data center design and construction.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum Qualification

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
12+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in Data Center or mission-critical projects.
Strong knowledge of data center design principles, MEP systems, and commissioning processes.
Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project) and BIM platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English proficiency (B2C1 level required).

Additional Information

PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
Experience with Tier III/Tier IV data center standards (Uptime Institute) preferred.
Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and energy-efficient design practices is an advantage.
