Job Description

Creoscale Interiors is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the interiors and fit-out industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end interior project execution—from planning and coordination to site management and client communication. Experience in residential, commercial, or turnkey interior projects is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of interior projects.
  • Coordinate with design teams, contractors, vendors, and site supervisors.
  • Ensure smooth material procurement based on project timelines.
  • Prepare BOQs, work schedules, and project execution strategies.

Site Management

  • Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and quality.
  • Ensure site activities comply with design drawings, standards, and safety guidelines.
  • Resolve on-site challenges and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Client Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
  • Manage client expectations, approvals, and design-related clarifications.
  • Provide progress updates and ensure customer satisfaction.

Quality & Compliance

  • Maintain the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor workmanship, materials, and finishing quality.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Cost Control & Reporting

  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and material usage.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and documentation for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Mandatory: 2+ years of experience in an interior design/fit-out company.
  • Strong understanding of interior execution, materials, drawings, and construction processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
  • Strong leadership and site management capabilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple sites and work under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture.
  • Experience with modular interior projects is an added advantage.
  • Local market/vendor knowledge.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
