Job Description

You will be joining one of our clients in the USA as a Strategic Account Manager based in Noida Sector 63. As an onsite employee, you will be expected to adhere to office timings from Monday to Friday, 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around business development, account management, and driving sales revenue growth. In terms of business development, you will be required to identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within specific industries and markets. It will be your responsibility to develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and placement targets. Additionally, you will engage in activities such as cold calling, networking, and client visits to generate leads and expand the client base. Account management will be a crucial aspect of your role, wherein you will act as the main point of contact for designated clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Building and nurturing long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business will also be part of your responsibilities. You will need to comprehend client staffing needs and offer customized workforce solutions while collaborating closely with recruiting teams to fulfill client requirements promptly and efficiently. Your success as a Strategic Account Manager will also be measured by your ability to drive sales and revenue growth. This will involve negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable deals, monitoring sales metrics and market trends, and identifying growth opportunities by keeping an eye on competitor activities. Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets will be paramount to your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the staffing/recruiting industry within a sales or account management capacity. A solid grasp of staffing solutions, workforce models, and hiring trends is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are highly valued, along with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively and deliver results within tight deadlines. A self-motivated and results-driven approach is crucial, as well as prior experience working with Prime Vendor and MSP clients. Additionally, having your own Point of Contact (POC) will be beneficial for this role.,
