Primary Job Title: US Technical Recruiter (Remote)

About The Opportunity

Operating in the IT staffing and talent-acquisition sector focused on bridging global engineering talent with US-based technology employers. We deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions for software, cloud, DevOps, data, and product teams—helping fast-growing companies scale technical capability quickly and compliantly.Role & Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle US IT recruitment: source, screen, present, coordinate interviews, manage offers and close candidates for software engineering, DevOps, cloud, data, and product roles.
  • Use proactive sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to build and nurture a pipeline of passive and active candidates tailored to client requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end candidate experience and scheduling across US time zones (EST/PST overlap), including interview prep, feedback loops, and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and job records in the ATS/CRM (Greenhouse/Bullhorn/Workable) and produce weekly hiring metrics and pipeline reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with US hiring managers and account teams to refine job briefs, define success profiles, and advise on market/compensation dynamics.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, background-check processes, and data privacy standards while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of hands-on US IT/Technical recruiting experience (agency or in-house) with demonstrable hires for software engineering roles.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and modern sourcing techniques plus strong ATS experience (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, Workable).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for US client-facing interactions and candidate negotiation; ability to work overlapping US hours.
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and metrics-driven approach to manage multiple requisitions and high-volume hiring.

Preferred

  • Experience in US staffing agency workflows, vendor management, or high-velocity tech recruiting for startups/scale-ups.
  • Familiarity with technical screening (coding tests, system design evaluation) and working knowledge of cloud, backend, frontend, and data role requirements.
