Strong communication skills are essential. Proven success in sourcing, screening and placing candidates. Hands on experience of non technical, technical job requirements and US staffing industry trends. Proficient with working terminologies of W2, C2C and 1099. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (Job Diva) and various recruitment platforms. Ability to assess technical skills through phone screens, assessment and interviews. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of handling a high volume of requisitions. Advanced sourcing abilities, including tech-specific sourcing methods.
