Role Summary

US IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and non-IT positions
• Work across Contract, Full-Time, and Contract-to-Hire models
• Source talent through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
• Coordinate interviews, prepare candidates, and follow up with stakeholders
• Negotiate compensation and finalize offers
• Maintain an active pipeline and ensure high conversion ratios (Req → Submission → Interview → Offer → Placement)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing (Mandatory)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building capability

• Ability to handle deadlines, targets, and a fast-paced workflow

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Self-motivated, accountable, and growth-driven mindset
