Shift Timings : Night Shift(6.30 PM to 3.30 AM / 7 PM to 4 AM)

Qualification : Any graduate

Description:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as US Technical Recruiters. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of recruitment processes, and a willingness to work in the US staffing domain. Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates from various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Screen candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for client requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly
• Work on different hiring models – W2, C2C, and 1099
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
• Basic understanding of US Recruitment / US Staffing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work in US time zones (Night Shifts)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
