HR Executive-US Process

As an Executive in US HR and Contracts, your role will involve handling various tasks related to HR documentation, onboarding support, contract preparation, and communication. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting with onboarding formalities for US employees and consultants. - Helping prepare and maintain HR documents, files, and employment contracts. - Supporting in drafting NDAs, agreements, and basic contract templates. - Coordinating with internal teams for HR operations and record management. - Maintaining spreadsheets, HRIS entries, and documentation for audits. - Handling basic HR queries from employees via email/phone. - Learning and supporting US HR compliance, policies, and contract workflows. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Excellent written & spoken English communication skills. - Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Ability to learn US HR processes, contract formats, and documentation. - Attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Willingness to work in night shift (US shift).
