US IT Recruiter

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter located in Vijayawada. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing and hiring top technical talent, developing recruitment strategies, and providing an exceptional candidate experience. Daily tasks include posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a successful hiring process.

• Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• Experience in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• Skills in Hiring and managing recruitment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Prior experience in staffing and recruitment industry is a plus
