Technical Recruiter

Job Title: Domestic IT Recruiter Location: Hyd/ Vijayawada Job Type: Fulltime.Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Domestic IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, screening, and hiring top IT talent for our clients or internal teams within the domestic market. This role requires a deep understanding of technical roles, recruitment strategies, and market trends.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements.Source and attract candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, networking, etc.).Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ technical abilities.Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients or technical panels.Manage the recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future job openings.Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.Ensure a smooth candidate experience and maintain a strong employer brand.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.2+ years of experience in domestic IT recruitment (agency or corporate).Strong knowledge of IT technologies and terminology (Java, .NET, Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.).Experience using job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, and ATS platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
