Job Description

LOCATION: REMOTE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit IT professionals through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various IT roles.
  • Coordinate with clients and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.
  • Stay updated on US work authorization types (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure compliance with company policies.
