Job Description

LOCATION: REMOTE

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit IT professionals through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for various IT roles.
Coordinate with clients and account managers to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.
Stay updated on US work authorization types (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, etc.).
Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure compliance with company policies.
