Job Responsibilities: Identify and source qualified IT professionals through job boards, Naukri ,Monster ,LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms. Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role Provide hiring teams with updates on candidate pipelines, market insights, and recommendations for hiring improvements. Schedule and coordinate interviews, including technical assessments and feedback sessions with hiring teams Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and stakeholders from Sourcing to onboarding. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing channel effectiveness. Skills Required for the Job: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 1.5+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT or tech industry. Strong knowledge of technical roles, programming languages, and IT skills Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

About the role: Monitoring conversion ratios to maintain and adhere to agreed SLA Provide management report for senior leadership on a frequent basis Involve in client interactions. Submission of various reports on recruitment as per business demands Coaching & mentoring team members Responsible for timely and smooth on-boarding of all selected candidates Drafting client account plan based on discussions related to the client's needs and goals of hiring on quarterly basis. Responsibilities: Identifying new opportunities within an existing engagement and managing relationships to create growth and new business for the company. Representing the organisation, engage with the Client's Leadership Team and provide Solutions and services offered by the organisation. Maintains and updates the opportunity pipelines and build dashboards for senior management in the account teams. Helping in preparing commercial proposals and agreements Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. Responsible RFP, RFI, RFT, RFQ and participate in pricing the solution/service. Cascading the SOW / Project requirements from clients and sharing it to the Delivery Team. Meeting the clients SLA, NDA to maintain the ongoing healthy relationship and generating new requirements on a regular basis. Responsible for the P & L for the defined region or accounts. Building continuous pipeline by engaging with prospects, partners and key clients Manage all escalations with precision. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Min 6+ Years into Contract Staffing Experience in Account Management and Account Mining Excellent communication skills Confidence High energy levels Willing to travel if required
