Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and source qualified IT professionals through job boards, Naukri ,Monster ,LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
• Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role
• Provide hiring teams with updates on candidate pipelines, market insights, and recommendations for hiring improvements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, including technical assessments and feedback sessions with hiring teams
• Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and stakeholders from Sourcing to onboarding.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing channel effectiveness.

Skills Required for the Job:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 1.5+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
• Strong knowledge of technical roles, programming languages, and IT skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
