Job Summary:   We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team and manage the recruitment process for a variety of IT roles. The ideal candidate will   be responsible for   sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for technical positions, working closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs and contributing to our company’s overall growth and success.

Location:   Mumbai   Bangalore  

Mode of Work :   Full time    

Key   Responsibilities:  

• Sourcing Candidates:   Utilize   multiple sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to   identify and attract top IT talent.  
  
• Screening & Interviewing:   Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure they align with job requirements.  
  
• Job Postings:   Create and manage job postings for various IT positions, ensuring they are well-written and aligned with company branding.  
  
• Candidate Management:   Maintain and manage candidate pipelines for current and future job openings, ensuring   timely   communication throughout the hiring process.  
  
• Collaboration:  Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and work together to create comprehensive job descriptions and candidate profiles.  
  
• Offer Management:   Extend job offers and manage the negotiation process, ensuring competitive compensation packages.  
  
• Market Research:   Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights to both candidates and hiring managers.  
  
• Employer Branding:   Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice within the IT industry.  
  

Requirements:  

• Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, ideally in the tech industry.  
  
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms.  
  
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical terminology.  
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet hiring targets.  
  
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.  
  
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, IT, Business, or related field (preferred).

• Exposure  advanced recruitment analytics and reporting.  
  
• Familiarity with global hiring practices and compliance.
