1+ years of experience in US IT recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of US tax models: W2, C2C, 1099 Proficiency with ATS & major job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn) Ability to multitask and deliver results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Source, screen, and evaluate US-based IT candidates
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles with quality and urgency Build strong talent pipelines and client relationships Post jobs on portals & maintain ATS data accuracy Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups Report daily metrics and recruitment performance
Proven recruiter with strong sourcing skills
Good negotiation & coordination capabilities Comfortable working night shifts Team player with a positive attitude Driven by targets and KPIs
