We are looking for immediate US IT Recruiter for Bangalore location.

Role : US IT Recruiter

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 3 - 8 Years

Mode : Work From Office

Interview Mode : Inperson - F2F.

Skills : US IT Recruitment, Direct Clients, MSP,

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber IT Professionals & engineering professionals.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future IT Professionals & engineering needs.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Tech hiring & engineering positions, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on Tech Hiring, Engineering (Preferably Automotive and OEM) or related technical fields.
Strong knowledge of IT roles & engineering roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Required 6 to 8 years of recruitment experience.
