Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a strong background in USA immigration , HR operations (from onboarding to offboarding), compliance management as per software Industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Immigration & Compliance: Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of USA immigration processes, including H-1B, L-1, TN, OPT, Green Card (PERM & I-140), and I-485 filings.
