Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end technical recruitment for Germany-based roles.
  
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
  
• Screen and assess candidates based on technical fit and visa/work eligibility.
  
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand job requirements.
  
• Handle scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication.
  
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and recruitment tracker.
  

Required Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of technical recruitment experience

  , including

  1+ year in Germany hiring

  .

• Must have experience hiring for Germany / EU tech roles.

• Solid understanding of

  Germany visa types

  (Blue Card, Work Permit, EU Work Visas, etc.)
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other platforms.
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  
• Comfortable with high-volume and fast-paced hiring environments.
