Senior Technical Recruiter

As an IT service company transitioning into product development, we are seeking a Recruiter to identify and attract top talent to join our team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify hiring needs and collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements - Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) - Screen resumes and application forms - Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule - Assess applicants" relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes - Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated - Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding - Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) - Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews - Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc) - Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making skills Please note that if you are seeking a work-life balance, this role may not be the best fit for you.,
