Senior Technical Recruiter – Salesforce & MuleSoft 📍 Northern India 🧭 Remote to start → Hybrid later as we will be opening up an office there down the line 🕒 Full-time or Fractional ( open to either) About the Role Innovation Solved is expanding our India recruiting team and looking for an experienced Mid-Senior Technical Recruiter with experience hiring Salesforce and MuleSoft talent! We are open to full-time or fractional arrangements depending on availability and expertise. This role starts remote, and we plan to open an office in Northern India — so future hybrid work is expected. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end recruiting for Salesforce & MuleSoft roles Build pipelines through sourcing, outreach, networking, and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.) Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit Partner with delivery leadership on hiring forecasts and staffing needs Manage interview coordination and candidate experience Roles You’ll Recruit For Salesforce Developers & Architects MuleSoft Developers & Integration Specialists Technical Leads / Administrators Project & Delivery roles We’re Looking For ✔ 5–10 years of recruiting experience ✔ Proven experience hiring Salesforce and/or MuleSoft talent ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management ✔ Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, mapping, referrals) ✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Location 🟢 Candidates in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula (Tricity) are preferred 🟢 Open to those willing to relocate Why Join Innovation Solved?
