What You’ll Do:

🔹 Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, Non-IT, BPO, Digital & Corporate roles

🔹 Hire from mid-level to top-level management

🔹 Source talent using all major platforms (LinkedIn, indeed, Job Street, APAC job boards, Social sourcing)

🔹 Screen, shortlist, schedule interviews & maintain smooth coordination

🔹 Build strong pipelines through proactive market mapping

🔹 Share daily/weekly updates with the Lead

🔹 Ensure a solid candidate experience across all markets

What You Bring:

✔️ 3+ years of APAC recruitment experience

Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, China & Philippines

✔️ Excellent sourcing techniques & communication skills

✔️ Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-country hiring environments

✔️ Experience in bulk hiring + niche roles + leadership positions

✔️ Good understanding of various job boards, sourcing tools & recruitment channels
