Lead and support SAP PM module implementations, rollouts, and enhancements in compliance with
pharma/life sciences regulatory standards
(e.g., GxP, FDA).
Conduct
business analysis
and stakeholder workshops to gather and validate requirements.
Perform
SAP PM configuration
including maintenance plans, task lists, notifications, work orders, equipment master, functional locations, etc.
Drive
blueprinting
and
gap analysis
to identify improvement opportunities and recommend system/process changes.
Manage
data migration
activities using
LSMW
and
LTMC
, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Support
integration with other SAP modules
such as MM, QM, and EAM.
Participate in
testing cycles
(Unit, Integration, UAT) and ensure alignment with validation requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to SAP PM processes (
Problem Resolution
).
Deliver
training and support
to end users and super users.
Engage in
process redesign and improvement
aligned with industry best practices and business goals.
