Job Title: SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant Pharma/Life Sciences Location: India Experience Required: 5+ Years Availability: Immediate to 30 Days Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant with a strong background in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry . The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on SAP PM experience , with proven expertise in end-to-end implementations, system configurations, data migrations, and process improvement projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support SAP PM module implementations, rollouts, and enhancements in compliance with pharma/life sciences regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, FDA). Conduct business analysis and stakeholder workshops to gather and validate requirements. Perform SAP PM configuration including maintenance plans, task lists, notifications, work orders, equipment master, functional locations, etc. Drive blueprinting and gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities and recommend system/process changes. Manage data migration activities using LSMW and LTMC , ensuring data integrity and compliance. Support integration with other SAP modules such as MM, QM, and EAM. Participate in testing cycles (Unit, Integration, UAT) and ensure alignment with validation requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to SAP PM processes ( Problem Resolution ). Deliver training and support to end users and super users. Engage in process redesign and improvement aligned with industry best practices and business goals. Key Skills & Expertise: SAP PM module configuration and support Experience with SAP S/4HANA Data Conversion & Migration tools: LSMW , LTMC Business Process Analysis , Blueprinting, and Gap Analysis Testing , Training, and Support Problem Resolution and Root Cause Analysis Experience in Pharma/Life Sciences domain (mandatory) Understanding of regulatory and validation requirements in GxP environments Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field SAP Certification (optional but preferred) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
