Talent Acquisition Intern (Pune)

Position:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions across departments.
  
• Post job openings on multiple job boards and platforms.
  
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-up communication.
  
• Maintain candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  
• Support the HR team in scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and candidate assessment.
  
• Contribute to improving the recruitment process and suggest innovative ideas to attract top talent.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and platforms.
  
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
