Job Title: Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

Department: Recruitment Duration: [6 months]

Job Description: DevLabs Technology are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team. As a TA Intern, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process and help us identify top talent for our growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job boards, social media, and internal databases.

• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ basic qualifications and fit.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and update candidate details and recruitment statuses in database.

• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.

• Coordinate feedback and follow-up communications with candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Basic understanding of recruitment and selection processes.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Previous internship or experience in IT recruitment or related field is a plus.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) is an advantage.
