Job Title: Human Resource Specialist

Location: Gurgaon

Work Mode: Onsite (5 days a week)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to manage day-to-day HR tasks. This role involves hiring support, employee relations, performance tracking, HR compliance, and admin duties. The right candidate should have strong communication skills and solid knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding:

Welcome new employees and handle joining formalities.

Employee Relations:

Help solve employee issues and maintain a positive work culture.

Performance Management:

Support performance reviews and training programs.

Compliance & Policies:

Ensure company policies follow labor laws and keep employee records updated.

Compensation & Benefits:

Assist with payroll, benefits, and employee queries.

HR Administration:

Keep HR systems and files organized; prepare reports when needed.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

4 to 6 years in HR; familiar with HR tools and MS Office also mainly worked in IT Industry.

Skills:

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and confidentiality. Good knowledge of labor laws.
