Role Description

Human Resources Specialist


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and hospitality roles (chefs, housekeeping staff, caretakers, supervisors, etc.)
  • Coordinate with staffing vendors, recruitment agencies, and local hiring sources
  • Conduct interviews, background verification, onboarding, and documentation
  • Plan manpower requirements in coordination with operations teams


HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws including PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment Act, minimum wages, and contract labor regulations
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and statutory documentation


Employee Relations & Personnel Management

  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution
  • Manage disciplinary processes and performance-related issues
  • Foster a positive work environment across sites and villas


Benefits & Payroll Coordination

  • Oversee employee benefits administration (PF, ESIC, insurance, leave management)
  • Coordinate with payroll vendors or internal finance teams
  • Track attrition, absenteeism, and workforce productivity


HR Strategy & Operations

  • Implement HR strategies aligned with business growth and staffing needs
  • Support training, skill development, and workforce retention initiatives
  • Generate HR reports related to hiring, attrition, compliance, and manpower costs



Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in

    hospitality, staffing, facilities management, or blue-collar workforce management

  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Hands-on experience in mass hiring and field recruitment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multi-location staffing needs.
